Park Tae Hee was born on August 19th, 1969 and first started listening to the Teuroteu Music and K-pop. When he was young, hisy favorite band was Deul Kuk Hwa.
He started playing guitar for the first time when he was a third grader student in high school while listening to the rock music and dreaming of becoming a rock musician. The first step of his musical career was the Marine band while volunteering for military service. During the term of military service, he was introduced and was delighted with classic music and studied the harmonics and played the piano.
After being discharged from the military service in 1994, he got into the Seoul Art University where he majored in composition, and became interested in Jazz and first started to play Bass guitars.
Since joining YB in 1995, we has now played in the band for 18years. YB released 8 full-length albums and 3 live albums to date and is now taking part in many different activities such as musicals and movies, in addition to playing in the band.
Park Tae Hee has been teaching students in the university as an adjunct professor for 3 years. YB is now preparing 9th official album. He has also been playing in a project band called Music Diary with his wife since 2011.
